About UsMy name is Keith, and I am a general contractor living in the midwest. I have many years of renovation and remodeling experience, and have also been a part of new home construction along the way. In addition to remodeling, I run a successful business working with area property managemnent companies performing their "make-ready's", or turns, when a tenant moves out of a house or apartment, and get it ready for the next tenant. Along the way, I flip houses, and have been doing this - successfully - for many years. Besides myself, I enjoy the professional advice and guidance from various individuals such as a certified property manager and two highly-experienced realtors all of whom contribute in the form of great tips and expert real estate advice you see outlined throughout this site.
