Temporary Electric

Secure an electrical connection early in the remodeling phase

temporary electric pole Always secure a temporary electric connection to facilitate your electrical power needs early on in your remodeling project. This is especially needed for major remodeling requiring complete interior demolition.

In most cases (certainly in any foreclosure or normal house sale), you will be faced with the utilities shut off leading into the property.

In order to have the necessary power, you will need to have a temporary pole installed on the premises by a liscenced electrical contractor. A permit must be obtained in order to have the pole set, and connected.

You will continue to operate from the temporary connection until normal power is installed in the house.

Expect to pay about $500.00 for this service to be installed.
